Wife Swap-esque, but with 2 hairstylists swapping places. Raucous LA chick/God-fearin' Illinois mom. Owner of salon at Bergdorfs/co-owner of a family salon in her grandmother's house in Knoxville TN. Miami Versace-wearin' cocktail servin' owner/hippy dippy crystal totin' spiritualist. It's really sort of a train wreck but oddly fascinating.

Just watched a new one last night with the Bergdoff Blonde guy and Goat Girl. Yowza! THAT was a good one! The snots that worked in New York were rather frightening. But then, so was the Kentucky Mamma.

I couldn't believe Bergdorf guy (John) was so useless in TN. And what is it about the front desk chicks? On this one and the Miami one, they have been just too horrible. You'd think they actually knew how to cut hair or something.

With AND ESPECIALLY without her dentures/wigs, face/neck tapes......what a HO HAG.... I have never in my life seen a receptionist act like that and get away with it. By the looks of their "clientele" though....it figures. She would be running me out of there with a case of TOURETTES so bad. Ewwww...and dirty dirty dirty salon. That receptionist is a raging bar fly hag. EWW! she needs to be on a REHAB show. AND HEIDI?? the pig client?? oh my. lol.

Posts: 6652 (01/21/08 2:20 PM) Registered User Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	I've seen a couple episodes of this - it's general "nothing else is on this rainy Sunday afternoon" fare - but it's one of those "so heavily edited, it's practically scripted" reality shows. The one in particular that bothered me was this hot blonde chick from an upscale "jonathan" like LA salon switched with someone working in a punk-oriented strip mall salon somewhere. The blonde was pretty friendly, likeable and capable, but they kept trying to make her look snobby and out of her element. The punk stylist was bitchy and defensive and couldn't do hair for shit, but the receiving salon wasn't nearly as bad to her as her coworkers were to blondie. But the editors had this storyline in their head and actual events be damned, they were sticking with it. The worst bit was at the end of her stay, the hot blonde got this awful tattoo on her neck/behind her ear.. it was so trashy.
