It's all the rage here in California. So much so, that ice cream makers are starting to market it. Häagen-Dazs now has a Special Reserve Ice Cream called, Fleur De Sel Caramel. I bought one at the supermarket today, and it's delicious! That sweet and salty taste can't be beat.
