I freakin' love this show. I need to go out and buy the DVD, stat! Favorite lines/characters/episodes/scenes/etc.?
I love Tom and Diane the newsanchors, Adam West the mayor, and of course, who doesn't love Stewie.
Diane Simmons: "And here's our Asian correspondent Tricia Tokanawa interviewing a man who apparently can't die."
Tricia: "Peter Griffin, is it true that you defy all the rules of death?"
Peter: "Why yes it is Connie."
And who can forget...
Girl: "Mom, do you ever get that...not so fresh feeling?"
Mother: "I'm sorry, what? I'm not following you."
Girl: "You know, do you ever feel...not so fresh?"
Mother: "I don't really know what you're--I don't..."
Girl: "You know, down there..."
Mother: "Oh. Oh! Oh God, no, never."
And...
Meg: "Just go to the dance alone? I might as well just go with 'LOSER' tatooed on my forehead!"
Lois: "Now Meg, you know how I feel about tatooes..."

Man #1: "Hey, ya want some gum?"
Man #2: "Sure!" [takes a piece and starts chewing]
Man #1: "Haha, I gotcha, that was joke gum. Now you're addicted to heroine! Hahaha..."

Man: "Oh, all sorts. Vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, people..."

Peter [to Diane in preperation for The King and I]: "Now Diane, remember to stay in character. Your a small-town girl on a Saturday night, looking for the fight of her life."
