Yeah, Greg P was actually starting to look kind of hot to me by the end of the season. He photographs like a butterface, but he looks better animated.

Forget the scales! You measure the inches you lost because your body goes through a tranformation. You can gain weight just through building up your muscles. Exercise and eating healthier through moderation and the right food choices is the key to success. I personally like Jackie because in the beginning of this show she had the right idea. I think the show shifted off from the main subject of "Workout" to how many hearts can I break or what can I tell my shrink this week?...

If some of those trainers didn't appear to be in great shape themselves, I wouldn't know they were trainers. I thought it was funny that Jackie's lap dog, Lisa didn't even want to fool around with Jackie and her "training." She wanted real results, so she opted for lipo. Priceless.

more than half of the Skylab participants should have been embarrassed by their results... they had full access to top quality trainers and equipment and some managed to lose less than 30 lbs... pathetic

I'm wondering why they didn't show all the client's weight loss and just some??? I wanted to see how that short big girl that kept crying lost. I saw a head shot of her when they all reunited and she did look like she lost some weight, but I wasn't clear on how much.
