This is seriously the best episode in FNL history in my opinion. Loved the catch up with the end of season 2 that we didn't see, with Smash getting injured and then the team falling apart in the playoffs. Then at the beginning of the episode Coach introduces us to "Principal" Taylor. Also the talk radio segment at the beginning lets us play catch up with the football storylines.

but tammy as principal IS the boss of coach. tammy in this ep (while apologizing to coach) made the observation that coach's computers were state-of-the-art, and his air conditioning was particularly cool (68 degrees.)

all the while tammy has no supplies and the air conditioning for the school is substandard.
