On the other side of the misogyny argument, I feel that at least all the major female roles on this show are strong roles, they are not whiny victims who need saving by Sam & Dean. If anything, this show is promoting tough, strong and independent women (until their eventual demise, of course).

This is not a show about GIRL POWER. There was NEVER a female lead, there never WILL be a female lead and all sorts of people come and fucking go in this show.
