I don't know why everyone hates the show so much either. It's not as formulaic as some shows are and Jake is one of the very few talented child actors out there.

I don't understand the hate for this show - I love it!!! Sheen and Cryer having perfect chemistry and comedic timing. The kid makes me LMFAO and Berta gets the best lines. I want Rose back too. They really should highlight mom (Holland Taylor) a lot more.

This show has way too much product placement, which is why I don't watch it when it's shown as reruns. On the most recent episode, Jake was reading Playboy. Everyone has been on the show so far this season except for Rose. I'd like it if Rose not only returned to the show, but was on every episode.

chuck has THE NUMBER ONE RATED SITCOM on fucking television. one of the HIGHEST RATED SHOWS ON TELEVISION. chuck is making so much fucking money from this show i am sure his roll of toilet paper is a continuous sheet of $100 bills...

and every week chuck gets to say FUCK YOU in his vanity cards at the end of not one, but two shows on television.

I do not understand why the critical press disses this show.

The situation of this sitcom is so warped from the outset that it really should be on a pay-for-TV cable cyborg/vampire/Dr. Frankenstein's Monster/asshole HBO, Showtime, or even Cinemax vehicles.

Chuck Lorre is a comic genius.

I have been DVRing reruns of this show and watching an episode every night. I don't know what I'll do when when I run out of shows I haven't seen. I probably won't be able to sleep. I must say, every time Alan says 'Holy Mother of God' I nearly wet the bed laughing.

Damn. Well it SO should have been the finale because I don't see how they can top this.
If I had any complaints it's that the CSI writers had to rely on too many gross jokes and sometimes I felt like they played it safe a bit and only went for the cheap joke.
But I really had a blast with this one, loves the flashback and inside the body parodies, especially the fart! That was gutbusting! I laughed my ass off during this episode.

I saw this show for the first time a couple of months ago. I'm amazed by the fact that Charlie not only let his brother move in with him, but has let his brother live with him for years. Charlie being mean to Allen when they were children is a more realistic portrayal of how siblings relate to each other.

I would have liked it if they had kept Teddy on the show.

Last night's episode was a total riot from begining to end. It's easily the crown jewel of the entire run so far. The mother should get an Emmy for it.

Yeah, Lorre's always good with the battleaxe mothers. Greg's mom in Dharma & Greg made that show for me.

I thought it was remarkably well done. The fart gag at the end was particuarly well played.

I going to miss Teddy -- Robert Wagner seemed to raise everyone's game whenever he was on.

I can't wait for the CSI this Thursday,...

The CSI gimmick worked great; it was the perfect way to wrap up this season. I think that the mom makes this show.

Alan: I planned the wedding. It went great. The reception...not so much.

I'm not a huge Two & a Half Men fan but I'll watch it late at night when it's in repeats in large part because I have mad love for Cryer & Sheen from the 80's. However I LOVE the Vanity Cards & have been known to sneak over to chucklorre.com to check them out. The audio one the other week had me in stitches for no real reason when I noticed it after Big Bang- had to go straight to the computer & listen. I'm particularly amused when one has been censored...

I had initially ignored this show, presuming that it was crap.

Whilst channel surfing last month, I strayed across it and have since been catching the repeats of the past season.

This thing sucks, but doesn't suck nearly as badly as I thought it did. Sometimes, dare I say it, it's up to par with How I Met Your Mother & My Name is Earl, particularly when those series have a crash & burn awful ep.
