Honestly though, those are minor complaints...I think that was one of the best episodes we'd seen in a long time. I really can't stand the fact that they've decided to hide them just because fans didn't instantly latch onto them. Come on, we're going to have a flashback episode about them in just 2 weeks...can't you let us see their personality already?

On the one hand, I think back to season 1 when he knocked out Sayid and broke the radio equipment. He claims this was because Danielle's distress message mentioned everyone else was dead, and he didn't want to contact whoever might have been responsible for that. We, of course, are left to wonder if he did it simply because he doesn't want to leave the island.
