what does this mean? i know what the interest rate means. is the origination fee paid upfront? what about the P&I?

Had one daughter crying about the house. She thought it was perfect. We keep telling her another will come along, but she won't believe it.

i think if you have lots of experience, like glams, you don't need a buyer's agent. but for the rest of us who do this only every decade or less, some help is a good thing.

but i don't want an agent trying to sell me on this house or that one....just to help me through the legal and technical processes.
