        <![CDATA[ So, we&#39;ve been passively looking at listings, going to some open houses, driving by houses, etc.  We&#39;ve been in our home for almost 14 years, bought
when the market was low, so we&#39;re in a good position.  We&#39;d like to upgrade.


Anyhoo, found a house.  It&#39;s beautiful, on a cul-de-sac, in the upper part of our price range.  The house has already dropped 50K.  The sellers are
motivated, but their backs are not against the wall.  The realtor is the sister of the owner and... ]]>

random black man and cop or the RE agent.. btw you can THANK that agent who likely told them to refuse the offer. .you don&#39;t think she wanted less

isn&#39;t over, though.

			<description><![CDATA[ While we were on vacation, the sellers decided to take the house off the market and rent it. When our realtor spoke with them when we got back, they said
they&#39;d entertain an offer until Aug. 1. We put in an offer for 55k less than the asking price. They rejected it outright with no counter.

i think if you have lots of experience, like glams, you don&#39;t need a buyer&#39;s agent. but for the rest of us who do this only every decade or less, some
help is a good thing.
