Winner: the fans, for being spared Danny Gokey in favor of two outstanding contestants. Can you image what Danny would have done to "No Boundaries?" He would have taken it seriously!

Basically, I agree with abrahammy. There were outstanding performances and no weak ones.

1. Adam 2. Modulated the drama just enough to render it appropriate for a blues \ spiritual song. In the end, his versatility is what ranks him ahead of Kris, IMO.

I don't think it matters. Whoever wins Adam is far and away the break out star by a light year.≠≠≠≠That being said I think it will be sweet , talented (but in an ordinary way) Kris winning this with Gokey votes thrown his way.

Kris was better on first songs. "AIn't No Sunshine" is probably the only song I would buy all season. I enjoyed Adam's first version of "Mad World" better--he just seemed a tad off last night compared to that first version.

Second songs I give a very slight edge to Kris. Adam's screeching continues to turn me off....maybe it is just in a pitch that hurts my ears.

I give Adam the win on that horrible third song.
