As bad as NBC is doing, its sister network USA is the #1 cable network. I read a good suggestion on another site - they should put the people running USA Network in charge of NBC.

I still think NBC has some of the best shows on TV (Chuck, The Office, 30 Rock, Friday Night Lights). I also think Parenthood and Community look promising. For every show they've canceled prematurely, they have also saved some pretty awesome shows (all the ones I mentioned).

Good lord, there isn't a single show on that lineup that I would watch, except maybe football.

ABC, the new NBC? Or are they simply becoming a chicks-only network?

(And I just realized Lost isn't back until 2010 -- bummer.)

I am excited about Mercy after seeing the preview on NBC.com. Any idea when it premieres? It's a more realistic look at hospitals than GA/every other medical show ever.
