Lay out sixteen playing cards face side down, only one of them an ace. Then close your eyes, mix them up well, then pick one at random. It won't be the ace. One in sixteen is pretty much impossible to beat.

I used to think I would definitely want to go on, but this show really seems like it could torpedo your reputation forever. Almost no one exits unscathed. Having people watch and record EVERYTHING you do and know that thousands will see it and comment would be too much for me.

The more i watch the less interested i am in getting on. I don't think i would be able to turn it down if i were actually recruited though. I've been dreaming about doing it for years but i never grew the balls to actually make an open casting call.

On BB1 they made their own beer if I remember correctly, I'd be making hard stuff in a hurry, yank out some copper pipe, the water heater, some pots, cannibalize the water treatment...

Not unless they upped the prize money significantly, and increased the stipend, and added better money for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th places.

This is one cheap assed show. If they offered at least a 1 million dollar prize, with $500K for 2nd, $300 for 3rd, and $200 for 4th, and made the stipend $1500 a week, and $2500 a week once in jury?

Be pleasant, work with everyone, threaten no one in the house, be a floater free agent.

In the DR call them every swear word in your vocabulary, talk about exorcisms and wanting to pop their heads like zits. The fans will love you.

I call it the 50k game.

If they RECRUITED me, no. If they went to the trouble to ask me to play even if I didn't apply, then chances are that I have a long lost country bumpkin inbred relative in my family tree that they signed up, or one of my ex-boyfriends signed up, etc.
