Tres, I don't think the amendment to the state constitution will pass in November. I'm hoping it won't but I could be wrong. Right now the latest objective poll I've seen says that it's pretty evenly divided about whether gay marriage is a good thing. However, when asked the question of whether if should be an amendment to the state constitution, a lot of people don't want to go that far....

I'm not fully up to date on everything but aren't there rumblings of a public vote in the fall in whether to keep/ban gay marriages. Hopefully not, but I think I read that...

I wish some of these couples would hold off on the rush and plan a nice wedding, I know it's just a ceremony, but it creates beautiful memories, and brings people together. I am so proud of California right now.
