I thought they hated being called Afro-American?

Jeezus, I am so fucking confused as to what the yearly PC term people in American society should call them. First, it was Nigra then it was Colored then it was Black then it was Negro then it was Afro-American then it was African American... bloody hell what term are we supposed to use now besides that won't piss them off hence guy/girl/man/woman of that particular race? it during was the 60s and Black Power and black pride came into being - negro was the preferred term before that (or any of the other politically incorrect and/or racist terms) - and that was also when the trend of giving african names and following african customs started
