No, I DO remove the pad, and then either put on a new pad or immediately toss them in the wash.

i actually prefer the rite aid/brooks brand multiple packs. they pull out easily, cardboard applicator, don't do that 'squeechy feeling' when being pulled out and expand evenly not just puff up as big as possible widthwise.

I used to like Tampax cardboard applicators. Recently they've change them to expand sideways and I ain't no Michelle Duggar! They've gotten uncomfortable. So I'm lookin' for new ones.

p.s. I loved the Rely ones back in the day. When they took them off the market during the big toxic shock scare, I was the precursor to Elaine with her sponges. I bought them out everywhere I could find them and had shelves full at home!

from my experience, tampax leaks less & holds more, the 'pon itself is longer and that helps.

pantiliners, never cared about brand and store brand or whatever was on sale that week was usually good enough- they're not really for absorption anyway.

maxi- I dunno, I dont wear diapers.

So...I finished my reset first thing this morning; it only took about 2 hours to do the maxi pad section. Bulkier merchandise is easier to move.

Today's preference questions (I like to be able to give my customers good advice on what to buy. Yes, I've been asked which brand of tampon is better, and by a woman no less)

Which brand of Tampon do you prefer? Tampax, Playtex or any other brand including store brands? All varieties of each...

Have you noticed that the adhesive is significantly stronger than it used to be? Every time I try to peel a maxi-pad from my underwear the damn thing shreds apart and leaves long papery adhesive tracks all over my underpants.

WTF?

This has never happened in my life, but all of a sudden , couple of months ago, I'm in the damn bathroom trying to pick sticky stuff out of my underpants.

Is anyone else having this experience?
