They were still thinking in terms of individual immunity. Given some of the blindsiding that's gone on, it's a natural reaction to cover your own ass first and then worry about the strategy of who will get voted out. I seriously doubt anyone will be able to talk Natalie into giving up a shot at immunity since she just watched her closest ally get the boot. I agree whole-heartedly. I was thinking the same thing. The women could have done it on purpose or claimed "by accident". And I know that they would have been allowed to do it because someone just missed someone else's balloon and Jeff commented about it. All they had to do...

What I don't get is how the ladies actually let Erik win immunity. If they wanted him out so bad, couldn't they have just aimed for only one person's colour in the challenge?

If she was acting, it wasn't smart because she potentially lost Erik's jury vote. It was like when Parvati called out Eliza at the Tribal Council she was leaving. It was like throwing salt in the wounds. Unecessary.

i agree, it was a guilt trip play; but i just wonder if she played it up to much thereby losing erics vote if he gets voted out. Also, amanda started playing the all honest and innocent card when she said i didnt lie when she pulled out the idle at tribal; but when one thinks about it she did lie at tribial council when she said she could not find the idle... and she had it then. I just think that amanda has to be careful with how she plays the all innocent and honest especially at the final...

Every season everyone freaks out about the jury and thinks anyone who gets betrayed will never ever vote for that person and falsely believe someone is some huge sort of jury threat (Zoinks! Lill is gonna win for sure!!!!). Then season after season the person that played better gets voted for to win. Amazing.

Totally a jury play, especially since she already had the idol ready to play. Basically, her card is that she was "the one faithful person" to play this game, but Erik is perceived as that golly gee whillikers type and thus is the biggest threat to her in terms of jury she might think.

I always find it interesting how they perceive the jury will vote vs. how I do (which is never the same). I mean, seriously, there are pretty much two types of jury votes: the popularity...

I think she went overboard with Erik. If she was trying to act like she was sad and upset, I think she had it covered without having to harass Erik at tribal. If he makes jury, berating him like that isn't going to give him a reason to vote for her. She should have just left it at the old doe eyes thing.

Yeah, had Erik not won immunity, he would've been voted out 5-1 probably, she would've voted for him. I mean, the guy was trying to be as nice and honest as possible with her about it and she just went off on him. I mean, yeah she may be trying to guilt trip him for strategy, but it's not like she's going to be able to make him pull an Ian.

She thought that since she played a role in him not being voted out previously, that he should return the favor or whatever. She didn't see herself voting him out as being the same thing because she didn't feel like she owned him anything for getting where she was.

So basically what you're saying is that it was okay for Amanda to use Erik for whatever reason she wanted, but when Erik tried to finally play, she had a hissy-fit. I'm still...
