I leave the whole tip morning of when I am checking out. I gave them $10 for three days. But the same people don't work every day - basically, you're tipping the girl who cleans your room on the last day for three days of service and the other girls get stiffed.

Hotel housekeeping - I let them in every other day and leave $5. Don't tip at the end of your stay, the person who did all the work every other day may not be on duty the day that you leave. On an extended stay I do leave an extra $10.
Food delivery - $5 more if it is shitty weather
Casino dealers - a little bit if I'm up, nothing if I'm down. After every extreme win <--rare

Meh. Don't feel that bad for Casino dealers. I have a friend who made something like $3000 a night some nights. When people win big they tend to be very generous to the casino staff.
