Yes, I think that is a likely scenario, Sugar. Ozzy doesn't want to nearly DROWN himself when he's got back-up. Eliza and Jason have no choice but to win this. But evidently Eliza doesn't and Jason does and gives her the immunity stick and it's bye-bye Eliza...She was edited to be MUCH more likable and fun this time around. I'd actually enjoy bumping in to her...I mean, these things do happen to Survivor fanactics, like we all are...

The earlier promo seemed to be putting out Alexis as the decoy boot, targeted by Amanda. And presumably Jason and his stick have the idea to get Ozzy on the bounce. Is anyone else in play?

Idol blunders:

James having 2 (two!) and not using either.
The whole Four Horsemen fiasco...although the looks on Alex and Eduardo's faces still provides endless entertainment.

You think anything Ozzy could do would top either of those? The only way would be if he was warned he was the target and STILL gave it away.

Seriously, could this have more impact than immunity in Cook Islands? Yul wouldn't have been able to flip Jonathan without it, and if Jonathan didn't flip, all of the Aitu would have been gone by F4, instead of being the final four.

Playing the stick can't be the blunder Jeff spoke of before the start on the show. We already saw a phony/fake/not a real immunity idol played and jeff just tossed into the fire. The stick would be funny, but not a blunder. That has to have something to do with the real one. I'm with the 'Ozzy gives it away and gets voted out' crowd.

It would be hilarious, but I still think it doesn't surpass James' blunder and is far too much like Jamie's. But maybe I'm reading too much into what Jeff said before the season began.

I'm inclined to agree that Jeff's "funny" for this episode is Eliza's reaction to Jason's stick but I'm holding out that there is something much more stupid coming up with Ozzy and his idol. *Could* the girls be foresighted enough to make him think...

Probst was pretty much licking his lips about this in his little preview, so it's hard to take him very seriously.

Ozzy and Alexis were already on exile for a couple of days. Presumably they snuggled up there for warmth, but if there's anything else, surely it already happened (and if they weren't manipulating this for the story, we should have seen a little more of them at exile). Alexis seems to be sort of a touchie-feelie person. She is smitten with Dolphin Boy, but...

You're probably right Trix. I think Rats hit on the correct scenario in story arcs thread and that is; Amanda convinces Ozzy that she is in danger and he gives her his HII and he is blindsided at TC. That would be a far greater blunder than dear James not playing his. Ozzy has been pretty damned cocky all season and he may be flirting with Alexis, thinking that his alliance and Amanda are still with him. That will be his downfall.

True although we can't discount that Jeff said the romance (or romances, can't remember) plays a big part in this season all the way to the end. I do think they will hype the crap out of this which may ultimately result in nothing but we can't know for sure that it doesn't play a crucial role in how the season ends
