India isn't in the Middle East at all, it's a pretty far distance away. Unfortunately it has its own terrorist problems, hence no season there.

They've been to Africa 2 times, I don't see them going back.

And enough with Easter Islands, it is far too barren and there isn't any real "isolated" places there.

India is reallllllllllly long overdue.
If there wasn't turmoil in the middle east at this moment, location-wise (that's all) it would have been pretty interesting. I also would be interested in another season in a different part of Africa (Gabon and Africa were VERY different in terms of location and it would be interesting to see another diverse part of Africa since its so huge a land but also beautiful)

I think they'll go to South Africa at some point. Plenty of isolated and undeveloped places there, I'm sure.

French Survivor (Koh Lanta) did two successive seasons in the Philippines (the first was somewhere on Palawan island, the second was somewhere in the Caramoan region).

For the life of me, however, I'm still doubtful if US Survivor still has any plans to go to the Philippines

Yeah, but, I mean...generic tropical islands are the show. You know? Voted off the island. It's nice to see something totally different once in a while, but to me the show will always feel the most...right...on some plain old island.

I think they should go to loyalty islands since, like it or not, they're not big fans of living the island locations so why not have an ironic type of location for it?
