I think almost all of them are pretty good fans of the show. No offense to the above mentioned, but just cuz they don't type on message boards about the show doesn't mean they arent fans!

But I really like Alexis. From JP's comments I think she makes it pretty far in the game and seems like the kind of person who would be a great player. I really like her, Joel, Jason and its pretty obvious Kathy will be very entertaining!

well kathy apparently was almost cast on vanuatu (sp), so i do think at least a couple of them could be fans.

Well any freaking fan tribe that doesn't have Weezie, Laughing Pygmy, Pochop and Elinorrigby on it is a fraud. Not to mention Foulmouthleon and Jedijake. It's non-sense all you have to do is say you were fan from day one and be very well built.

well survivor China was introduced via TV Guide magazine and TVGuide.com.

Not long after The official site was up with the picture and bio.

So I bet you can expect the official site to be up tomorrow morning.

Very interesting-I can see people pouring into the bookstores for THAT lol. Doesn't seem to be a very modern release method to use a magazine in the age of the internet.

So, what about the official site? What does this new release method do for the prospects of the site being up tomorrow?

I think she means entertainment weekly like the magazine and the site where Dalton Ross (the former host of Survivor live) wrote Survivor article.

In terms of cast releases from TES, I remember times when it was not advertised although it had been slated. The release came and went despite prior postings on the TES site.

Wezzie-perhaps you could fill us in a little more on the cast release. Why exactly did you specifically say Entertainment Weekly? Did you mean Entertainment Tonight, the TV show? How did you find out about this information? Is The Early Show going to carry a preview or not.

I searched The Early Show site. There was nothing about the cast release tomorrow.

Does anyone know for sure if it will be released tomorrow morning? Perhaps the site will be up but there won't be a segment on The Early Show?

Survivor Boy, maybe the names are as simple as Fans and Favorites. The only argument against using those names would be that eventually the contestants will merge or maybe SEG will mix...
