The reason the jury can only be made up of players who played the game at some point during the game on the same tribe (or at the very least lived together with the person, a la Erin, although I didn't particularly care for her being on the jury, much like Jenny, Brad & Rebecca in CI) is because they're in the best position to know how the person played the game, and them being a juror is the great equalizer. Survivor's not that hard if you simply stab everyone in the back...

There have been a few instances where one Survivor wins the jury vote over an opponent who, in the minds of Survivor fans and people covering Survivor for reality television websites and the media, should have won the game. I came up with a twist that could split the million dollar prize among two members of the Final 3. The twist is that there are two juries deciding the winner. One jury is the traditional jury of the last 7-9 voted out Survivors. The second jury will be a nine-member panel...
