I only turn mine off when I go to bed. Not so much because of what experts say but because it&#39;s really long to reboot it, so once a day is enough with me.
Leaving it on all night seems pointless and a waste of electricity though. That, and for some reason, leaving the TV or puter on when I go to sleep creeps me
out. It&#39;s like I expect something to come out of it &quot;The ring&quot; style. ]]></description>

monitor after 5 minutes idle time works just fine.
