Yup, I immediately thought Courtney. I think Courtney says it in bitterness, cuz either Todd or Amanda won the coconut chopping challenge and didn't invite her along for the spoils.

Sounds like a "who does the tribe think is the most annoying" challenge. Someone doesn't like the answers and acts like a high schooler (I know the type lol).

And someone calls them out...James has already called Jamie and PG high schoolers.

Might be a post merge popularity contest by answering questions about each other, like who's the laziest, most annoying, nicest, etc. Then break something, or chop something with another players name on it.
